Membership Terms

Welcome to Uttaranchal Mitra Mandal Bhayander (UMMB). By submitting the Lifetime Membership form and making the associated payment, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

   • Lifetime Membership is open to all individuals who share the cultural and community values of UMMB.

   • Members must provide accurate information in the registration form.

2. Membership Fee

   • A one-time fee of ₹1100 is applicable for lifetime membership.

   • The fee is non-refundable and covers administrative, event-related, and operational expenses.

3. Approval Process

   • Submission of the form and payment does not guarantee acceptance. The UMMB committee reserves the right to review and approve all membership applications.

4. Benefits

   • Members may receive access to UMMB events, updates, and WhatsApp groups.

   • Benefits are subject to change at the discretion of the committee.

5. Conduct

   • Members are expected to uphold the values of UMMB. Misconduct or misuse of community platforms may result in removal from groups or cancellation of membership without refund.

6. Communication

   • UMMB may contact members via WhatsApp, phone, or email for official updates and event participation.

UMMB Lifetime Membership is a one-time, non-refundable registration.

1. No Cancellation Once Paid

   • Once the ₹1100 membership fee is successfully paid, it cannot be cancelled by the applicant.

2. No Refunds

   • UMMB does not entertain refund requests for any reason including:

     • Mistaken or duplicate payment.

     • Change of mind after registration.

     • Ineligibility identified after payment.

     • Delay or non-participation in events.

3. Exceptions

   • In rare and exceptional cases (e.g., payment failures, technical issues), applicants may write to ummb.bhayander@gmail.com with full details. UMMB reserves the right to review such cases on a discretionary basis.

UMMB is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how your personal information is collected and used during Lifetime Membership registration.

1. What We Collect

   • Name, Phone Number, Email ID, and Address (as submitted in the membership form).

   • Payment details like Transaction ID and Date (received via Razorpay or payment gateway).

2. Why We Collect It

   • To register and validate your membership.

   • To send official updates, certificates, WhatsApp group links, and event notifications.

3. Data Sharing

   • Your personal information is not shared with any third party.

   • Access is restricted to UMMB committee members for membership management purposes only.

4. Security

   • Data is stored securely via Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Razorpay systems.

   • All platforms used comply with standard security protocols.

5. Your Consent

   • By submitting your information and payment, you consent to UMMB storing and using your data for community engagement and official communication.
